If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of receiving it and we'll refund you the full amount of the returned item(s), without asking anything. In case you have purchased more than one item and would like to return a part of your purchase, then you would have to return that item in full, no matter how many pieces it contains.
*Conditions applicable on the refund of shipping charges:
1. You need to make confirmed purchase(s) of items worth US$ 300/- within a duration of 6 months from the date of invoice, from which you are returning item(s). You can make these purchases in parts during the span of those 6 months.
2. The claim for a refund of shipping charges will be applicable only for those invoices of which, all the items have been returned in full. Partially returned invoice would certainly qualify for a refund of the full cost of returned item(s) as per the above mentioned guidelines but, the shipping charges won't be refunded in that case.
3. The maximum refundable amount is US$ 50/- or the shipping fee charged on the returned invoice, whichever is less.
